Buying
Policy: Elegant Mommy will accept new & gently
used maternity & nursing clothing & accessories
in all sizes. Typically, we are able to pay 40%
of what we would sell the item for. Items should
be in a condition that they can be placed
directly on our racks. Items should be clean and
in near new condition. Some items to note:

from excessive wash/wear

maternity brands are accepted

Elegant Mommy
aims to offer an affordable and efficient shipping
method for all orders placed. Therefore, Elegant
Mommy has chosen US Postal Service Priority Mail for
all purchases. If order is completed before 3pm CST,
every effort will be made to ship purchases the same
day as order is placed. In some circumstances, it
may not be possible to ship the day as order is
placed, in these circumstances, Elegant Mommy
guarantees that all purchases will be shipped within
2 business days.
Elegant Mommy offers a flat rate shipping of $6.95
per order when shipped within the United States and
any of its territories. Elegant Mommy also offers
Express Shipping for a flat rate of $19.95 per order
within the United States and any of its territories.
Elegant Mommy is happy to ship internationally as
well. If you would like a quote on international
shipping, please email your address and country to

Elegant Mommy is not responsible for any lost or
damaged packages in transit.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee Policy:
Elegant Mommy will always offer a 100% satisfaction
guarantee. If you are not completely delighted with
any part of your purchase, you have the option to
return the items for a full refund*. A full refund
will be given for all items that have not been
washed or worn since purchase, and all tags are
still intact. Elegant Mommy will pay for the return
shipping** on all Satisfaction Guarantee Requests
that are postmarked within 14 days of original
shipping date. Items may still be returned after
this date, up to 30 days from original shipping
date, but buyer will pay for return shipping on all
returns past 14 days after original shipping date.
Any items can be returned using the following steps:
Repack item(s) into original packaging. If original
packaging is not available, items must be carefully
packaged in United States Postal Services approved
packaging.
Notification should be made to Elegant Mommy via
email or phone. **Please note, Elegant Mommy can not
provide you with return information without the
order #, item number(s), and the reason for return.
Elegant Mommy will provide you with a Satisfaction
Guarantee Request Number (SGR), which should be
clearly noted on all correspondence (including the
package being returned) regarding this return. A
