Elegant Mommy will always offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely delighted with any part of your purchase, you have the option to return the items for a full refund*. A full refund will be given for all items that have not been washed or worn since purchase, and all tags are still intact. Elegant Mommy will pay for the return shipping** on all Satisfaction Guarantee Requests that are postmarked within 14 days of original shipping date. Items may still be returned after this date, up to 30 days from original shipping date, but buyer will pay for return shipping on all returns past 14 days after original shipping date.
Any items can be returned using the following steps:
- Repack item(s) into original packaging. If original packaging is not available, items must be carefully packaged in United States Postal Services approved packaging.
- Notification should be made to Elegant Mommy via email or phone.
- **Please note, Elegant Mommy can not provide you with return information without the order #, item number(s), and the reason for return.
- Log in to your Elegant Mommy customer account to request a return authorization. A customer service representative will contact you within 48 hours to process your request.
